Quick answer
Longevity Clinic uses four biological products made by Stem Biotech, a COFEPRIS-licensed laboratory in Mexico: mesenchymal stem cells from umbilical cord Wharton's jelly, exosomes purified by tangential flow filtration, dermal fibroblasts cultured in an ISO Class 7 laboratory, and growth factors from stem cell conditioned medium. Every batch comes with a certificate of analysis. Which product, if any, suits you is decided in your free medical review.
All products come from Stem Biotech S.A. de C.V., a laboratory with COFEPRIS sanitary licences 24-TR-25-006-0001 and 24-TR-25-006-0002. Each vial has a certificate of analysis identified by batch.
Mesenchymal stem cells (Wharton's jelly)
- Source: allogeneic, from umbilical cord Wharton's jelly.
- Presentations: 7, 14, 28, 56 or 98 million cells in physiological solution.
- Quality: flow cytometry on every batch confirms that more than 93% of cells express the mesenchymal markers CD73, CD90 and CD105.
- How they act: mainly through signals that modulate inflammation and support tissue repair.
- Used in: knee and joints, hair restoration.
Exosomes
- Source: produced by Wharton's jelly mesenchymal stem cells.
- Purification: tangential flow filtration (TFF), selecting particles of 50 to 150 nm while preserving their bioactivity.
- Quality: each batch includes a nanoparticle tracking (NTA) report with size distribution and particle concentration.
- Used in: skin rejuvenation, knee and joints, men's vitality.
Dermal fibroblasts
- Source: allogeneic dermal fibroblasts cultured in an ISO Class 7 laboratory.
- Presentations: 7, 14 or 28 million cells.
- How they act: they are the cells that make collagen and elastin in the skin.
- Used in: skin rejuvenation.
Growth factors
- Source: conditioned medium from Wharton's jelly mesenchymal stem cells.
- Quality: defined concentration certified by ELISA. They are different from PRP, which Longevity Clinic does not use.
- Used in: hair restoration.
Detailed product sheets are available in Spanish: stem cells, exosomes, fibroblasts and growth factors.
